Winemaker Notes

Pale silvery straw in color with aromas of white peach, melon, and pink grapefruit, with delicate floral notes. In the mouth, the wine exhibits a vibrant, lively acidity with bright citrus flavors of lime zest, grapefruit, and stone fruit, with hints of minerality and a long, crisp terminate.

This crisp Pinot Grigio pairs well with Asian and shellfish dishes.

Alsatian styles are refreshing, expressive, aromatic (think rose and love), smooth, total-bodied and richly textured and sometimes relatively higher in alcohol compared to their Italian counterpart. An orange vino is a white wine made in the red vino method, i.e. with fermentation on its skins. This process leads to a wine with more imperceptible aromas, complication on the palate and a pleasant, low-cal orange hue.
